Polymed Therapeutics has an excellent opportunity for a Sales& Marketing Associate. We are a manufacturer and distributor of specialty active ingredients and intermediates, in the pharmaceutical and chemical industries. We seek a candidate with a Bachelor's Degree in Organic Chemistry or Biochemistry, and some work experience, incorporating his/her scientific knowledge in the marketing and sales of our products to domestic and international clients.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Assist managers to:
*Promote and sell products, maximize sales objectives.
*Provide product information and pricing per customer inquiries.
*Develop strong client relationships, with follow ups and feed back..
*Analyze market trends and competitive activity.
*Develop marketing strategies.
*Develop reports pertaining to customer and prospect activities.
*Develop marketing materials including advertisements, product sheets, press releases, brochures, and conference materials.
*Participate in company's Conference activities including exhibitor work, competitive and customer activity and timely contact of leads generated through conferences.
*Perform shipping and handing.
*Provide or apply scientific know-how.
Requirements:
*Bachelor's degree required, preferably ORGANIC CHEMISTRY or BIOCHEMISTRY.
*Minimum 2 years experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
*The ability to work independently or in a team environment.
*A high level of motivation, creativity and independence.
*Great interpersonal, analytical and administrative skills.
*Proven communication and sales skills.
*Occasional overnight travel to conferences.
