Warranty & Returns

Polymed warrants its products shall conform to product specifications. It is the sole responsibility of the buyers to determine the adequacy of all materials for any intended or specific purpose or use. Polymed's sole and exclusive liability and buyer's exclusive remedy with respect to products proved to Polymed's satisfaction to be defective or nonconforming shall be replacement of such products without charge, at Polymed's sole discretion, upon the return of such products. Polymed shall not in any event be liable for incidental, consequential, general, or special damages of any kind arising directly or indirectly from any use or failure of the products. This warranty applies only to products in original container and does not apply to a product which has been tampered with or altered in any way or which has been misused or damaged within net 30 days from date when products arrive at the destination city and failure to do so shall constitute a waiver by buyers for any and all such claims. Prior authorization is required for all items to be returned.
